What is your minimum rental period?
We rent our units on a month to month basis. There is no minimum term.

When can I access my unit?
You can access the facility 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our facility is fully lit and maintained year around.

What size unit do I need?
You can go to our ‘UNITS’ tab on the home page of the website to give you an idea of what size you may require. If you’re not sure just give us a call and we can assist you in determining the correct size for you or we can meet you on site and show you an actual unit and you can decide at that time.

Do you offer any specials?
We do offer 1 month free rent if you prepay for 1 year.

Do you have moving and packing supplies?
No, unfortunately we do not offer moving or packing supplies at this time, however, are looking at offering these items in the future. We do have wooden pallets available upon request to keep your boxed items off the concrete.

What forms of payment do you accept?
Visa, MasterCard, Cheque, and Cash are accepted.
